Returns (no changes for other products) will only be made in case the product has a factory defect or in case we have made a mistake. If so, please write us an email to email@example.com. We will then reply with the steps you need to follow. The maximum period to realize any exchange or return is 10 days after you received your product.
The product you are returning needs to be in perfect shape and condition, it should be inside the same packaging in which you received it. If the product you wish to return has any damage to it or if the packaging is deteriorated, your product won’t be able to be returned and you won’t get a refund.
Returns are free for the orders made inside of Mexico. International returns are not free, the client is required to cover the shipping costs.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive an email with a confirmation. You will get a refund through the same method you used to pay for the product. The time to see the amount reflected on your account will depend on your bank, it could take up to 8 days (sometimes more than that).
