Preparation of shipment
We prepare every package with love and delicacy in a 24 hour period if it is a weekday and up to 2 days if it is made during the weekend.
Once the shipment has been carried out, you will get an email with an online tracking number so you can follow up on your requests. If there are any issues with the availability of the product you want, we will inform you about it in a reasonable amount of time.
We make shipments to any place in the world. If you can’t find your country on the list that appears during your shopping process, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipments inside Mexico can take between 3 and 5 working days (this does not include the time taken in the preparation of your package). For shipments to other countries, the delivery time would be between 8 and 15 working days. At the time of your purchase, you will be able to see the estimated time of arrival to your own country.
In Mexico, for purchases above 180 USD shipping is free. For orders below that amount, shipping costs will be calculated when you get to the stage of “selecting the shipping method”.
For international shipments, you will be able to see the shipping costs when you get to the stage of “selecting the shipping method”.
We are not responsible for any extra expenses that come up from international tariffs, customs fees, taxes, or other specific charges applied by the authorities of the destination country.
If it is impossible for us to deliver your order after two attempts, it will be returned to the warehouse of the sending company. They will also leave you a note explaining where the order is and how to get it sent again. You must contact them directly. In the event that the order has not been delivered for a reason not attributable to us after 10 days, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the Contract and we will consider it terminated. As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund the price paid for such products as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which we consider the Contract terminated. Please keep in mind that the transport derived from the termination of the Contract may have an additional cost, so we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs.
