Returns will only be made in case the product has a factory defect or in case we have made a mistake. If so, please write us an email to hola@monbaboo.com. We will then reply with the steps you need to follow. The maximum period to realize any exchange or return is 10 days after you received your product.

We recommend not to wet it too much, since the leather tends to stretch. In the same way, you should consider that most of our straps are hand-woven, therefore when washing you must do it delicately, taking care not to mistreat embroidery or fabrics, as well as avoid wetting the part of the leather

Shipments inside Mexico can take between 3 and 5 working days (this does not include the time taken in the preparation of your package).

For shipments to other countries, the delivery time would be between 8 and 15 working days. At the time of your purchase, you will be able to see the estimated time of arrival to your own country. These times may vary depending on situations such as COVID_19.
